GB Energy Supply (GBES) started trading in early 2015 with the goal of creating an energy company that focused on giving its customers the best value gas and electricity through straight-forward products and exceptional service. They wanted their clients to receive great value, along with 1st class customer service, as well as, supporting customers in using energy more efficiently.

THE challenge

To develop the design for a future mobile app that would reflect the actions of every registered user when they submit a meter reading or want to contact the supplier.

The challenge for DDC DS was to provide the design that would reflect all necessary user functions.In order to do this, DDC DS investigated how the energy industry operates in the UK. All details were collected in the Technical Brief and reflected in the design according to the GB Energy brand guidelines.
